Each capsule of Ultimate Iron™ provides 25 mg of ferrous succinate with 250 mg of liquid liver fractions, a rich source of heme iron. Heme iron is the most easily absorbed form of iron, and doesn't cause side effects such as nausea and diarrhea.

Notes: This product features highly absorbable, non-constipating heme iron without the cholesterol, calories and fat of heme iron-rich meats. Heme iron is the most easily absorbed form of iron. Directions:Two softgel capsules three times daily.

Each serving of 2 softgels provides: Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 120mg; Folic Acid 400mcg; Vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin) 200mcg; Iron (as ferrous succinate) 50mg; Liquid Liver Fractions (predigested soluble concentrate) 500mg; Chlorophyll (fat-soluble) 10mg
